PRESS RELEASE

It's getting darker outside and soon we'll be in the last month of the year. To create a Christmas atmosphere, Coca-Cola Sweden chooses to highlight everything magical that happens around Christmas time. Among them, they have listened to the Swedish people who for several years requested Coca-Cola's classic Christmas commercial "Holidays Are Coming", which is now finally making a grand comeback.

Now it's getting closer to Christmas and with that we also enter the most magical season when everything around sparkles a little extra. Coca-Cola has been a natural part of Christmas for over 100 years. This year it's that time again, and Christmas 2022 will be no exception when it comes to spreading the Christmas spirit to everyone.

To really get into the Christmas spirit, Coca-Cola Sweden is choosing to work harder than ever, including by bringing back its iconic commercial "Holidays Are Coming" at the request of the Swedish people. From today, November 14, you will be able to see it on both linear TV, before the cinema and on Coca-Cola's social channels. But it doesn't end there. In addition to the fact that the beverage company wants to spread its magical Christmas message around the country and kingdom via both small and large screens, they choose to invite you to enchanting experiences in the capital during the month of December.

Coca-Cola also chooses to become the main sponsor of Winter Wonderland at Gröna Lund, a completely new world in winter clothing that opens as early as December 2 and stays open until January 8, 2023. There, visitors can experience Coca-Cola's own area, among other things in the park called "Bubble Street", with a brand new game booth and other exciting activities.

As many people know, thousands of people also pass through Central Station in Stockholm every day, especially during the brisk days of December. To spread a little extra Christmas cheer to all travelers and passers-by, Coca-Cola is creating an extension of its investment in Gröna Lund by creating a winter wonderland in the middle of the central hall. Between December 12-22 there will be some magical surprises, exactly what will happen is nothing they want to reveal yet, but Coca-Cola promises a magical place - in the middle of the Christmas rush, for anyone who stops and needs to be fed with a little extra Christmas spirit.

But it's not just in Stockholm city that Coca-Cola spreads the Christmas spirit, like last year their own Christmas Truck will go around Stockholm and the surrounding area handing out drinks to thirsty passers-by.

"We see that Coca-Cola is a natural part of Christmas, regardless of whether it's for mulled wine, the Christmas table or for New Year's classic pizza lunch. I love Christmas and everything that goes with it, and know that many people feel the same way. Therefore, I hope that Coca-Cola's Christmas magic spreads and brings joy to as many people as possible out there", says Victoria Adolfsson, brand manager at The Coca-Cola Company in Sweden.
